DARWIN is on his 12th year of teaching, currently at Springville High School teaching astronomy, geology, environmental science, and physics. He also teaches physics at UVU for a 7 week STEM summer school program for junior high students. He also teaches teenagers in our church ward. He's super busy, but still makes time to be an awesome dad and husband.
With Valentine's Day just around the corner and our 4 1/2 anniversary coming up on Friday I've been thinking a lot about the amazing relationship Dar & I have. We have been so truly blessed, and we are both so grateful that we found each other.
This morning on my way to school I was listening to the CD Dar gave me when he proposed. The first song on it is "Amazed" by Lonestar. It was the first song we danced to together at a single's ward activity just after we met. It quickly became "our song." Although we've changed "our song" since then, it will always have a special place in my heart and I can't help but reflect on our early dating days together and how far we've come since then. I love you, baby!
