Opening Day Parade and 1st T-ball Game
I think I mentioned before that Aurora played t-ball this year. It was a fun new experience for her and she really liked it! It was fun for us to watch her play and learn some new sports skills. She got to play for the Red Sox :) She was 1 of 2 girls on her team. No biggie. She loved it and she was awesome.

Our cute little t-ball player before her first game.
Team huddle!
In the outfield.
Swing, batter, batter!
Made it to 1st base!
Cutie!
So happy and excited to be playing t-ball!
Run home, Rori!
After her first game there was a kick-off parade for all the t-ball and softball teams in the city. Aurora loved being in the parade and Savannah had fun watching for Aurora and cheering her on as her float/truck passed by us!
There's her team!
There she is!
June 6, 2016 - T-ball Game and Team Pictures
Aurora's games were once a week through the months of May and June, only missing a couple of weeks due to rain and the high school graduation. We were the first ones there the day of team pictures so the kids found ways to entertain themselves while we waited for the rest of the team to show up.
Savy chilling in the grass.
Cutie pie :)
Silly Rori
Our handsome little Talmage!
Ready to play!
Her favorite position to play was 1st base. Whenever it was her team's turn to play in the outfield she always rushed to play 1st base. She was good at it! We had just gotten our new camera so Darwin was playing with the settings so some of the shots are in black and white. I think this is my most favorite shot of the season!
This is a good one too :)
Waiting for her turn to bat wasn't always easy, but she kept herself occupied in the meantime.
Filling her hat with grass
Grass in her hair :)
Shaking it off
Up to bat!
Running home!
Savannah usually wasn't super interested in watching Aurora play, but she loved running around and playing on the playground while the game was going on.
On the swing bench with some new friends :)
I tried my best to keep Talmage covered and out of the sun during her games because we can't use sunscreen on him until he's 6 months old. I just about died laughing when I looked down to see if he had fallen asleep yet and saw that the tags of his blanket were down over his eyes. I promise it wasn't staged :)
Daddy got a shot of Talmage and I watching Rori's game.
Back to watching Rori run
Talking to her new friend, Severyn.
June 13, 2016 - Another Game
Aurora always had a handful of cheerleaders consisting of her biggest fans :)
Savy having a snack
Go, Rori, go!
She sometimes got bored in the outfield waiting for the ball to be hit her direction.
Sister snuggles after the game. Love it!
Her last game was on June 28th. It was really windy and a bit rainy so we didn't get any pictures of the game. She was so excited about her awesome trophy! She's been sleeping with it on her bedpost since she brought it home.
