Luck O' the Irish

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
We hope your GREEN food was just as YUMMY as ours was!!

Breakfast:
GREEN waffles, GREEN scrambled eggs, and bacon :)

Dinner:
GREEN noodles, GREEN Olive Garden Alfredo sauce, GREEN garlic butter on our french bread and GREEN peas :)

One of these days I'll muster up enough courage to cook some corned beef, cabbage and potatoes.

LOVE it!! Jeff and I were just discussing some 'other' St. Patties day dinner options. (because I WILL NOT get the courage to make corned beef and cabbage, no thanks!) We might be stealing this idea next year. :)

Way to have Green Pride! It really isn't celebrated here at all! They showed at some pubs they had a party, but nothing really! :( I bet this is TMI, but I wonder what color your #2 will be! :)

Corned beef and cabbage is really easy! I just make it in the crockpot with red potatoes, add the cabbage during the last few minutes. REALLY easy. That green stuff looks scary. :)
