Sitting in the firetruck
Dar, Rori, Denise and Carson sitting in the back of the ambulance--probably the one I rode in once, and I certainly never want to do it again!

The tire of the fire truck is WAY bigger than Aurora :)

Sitting on the back of the fire truck

I don't remember what they call this thing, but it's what they use to bring an injured person down off the mountain or through rough terrain

She's a natural! Look how cozy she is sitting on that 4-wheeler! :)

When the tour was finished, we took the kids to the playground next door for a little bit. Our water magnet decided to enjoy the splash pad instead, even though it was pretty chilly outside. And since we can't keep our little munchkin away from the water, we just let her embrace it.

I love this picture of Aurora and her friend, Orlando :)

Finally the sun came out, but she was already pretty wet and chilly at this point

Thanks again, April for scheduling the tour of the fire station! We'll definitely have to plan more fun stuff to do this summer.
P.S. We're starting to potty train Aurora today--cold turkey diapers--wish us luck!
